- Make sure the application has permission to receive notifications on your phone (go to your phone settings, search for the IPC360 Home app and make sure notification permissions are enabled).
- Make sure the push notification option is turned on (go to the app, click on “My Settings” and then “Message Push” to make sure the notification option is turned on).
