There is a black spot in my video that I cannot remove.

Please check if there is any dust or dirt on the camera lens. It is recommended that you wipe it with a clean cloth.
If the black spot remains after wiping, it may be due to dust on the camera’s internal sensor. If the position of the black spot does not affect the monitored area or the area is small, it will not affect normal use of the product.
