Fix IPC360 Home Camera Offline

What should I do if the IPC360 Home Camera is always offline?

  • Make sure the network is available and, if it’s a battery powered device, make sure the battery is sufficiently charged.
  • Try moving the camera closer to the router.
  • Switch the camera off and on again to see if it is online. If it is still offline, press and hold the Reset button on the bottom of the camera until you hear a “Du” sound, then reconnect the camera.

What should I do if the camera goes offline after changing the router or moving to a new network?

Due to changes in the network configuration, the camera cannot automatically connect. Please reset the device and add it again.

My camera is offline. Can I remotely reboot it to get it back online?

No, if the camera is offline and you are not at home, you cannot remotely reboot it. Please reset it when you return home.

Why didn’t the camera automatically reconnect when the network was restored after a power outage/disruption?

  • Please check if the network the camera is connected to has exceeded the maximum limit of the router and try to reduce the number of devices currently connected to the router.
  • Sometimes the camera cannot reconnect due to network instability. You will need to press the Reset button on the bottom of the camera and then reconnect the camera.
