I work for an internet provider for a school that is trying to use your service. However we believe it is being blocked by our firewall.
By default we block all port access through the firewall unless explicitly requested to be allowed. Internet traffic is routed through our proxy's (http/https)
Please can you provide IP or host-name details and required ports to access your service so that we can open the required access through our firewall.
