Can’t view playback of videos on IPC360 app on android phone or PC

When I choose to playback recorded videos in the IPC360 app, I get a black screen.  I attempted to enter a decryption password in the settings, but it does the same thing even with a decryption password.  I've restarted the camera several times during this process but still can't see recorded videos in the time line.
