PC software prompt is asking for ‘original binding account’.

Set the camera password in Camera Settings > Encryption Mode > Customized Encryption and enter it in the PC software to view it.

    How can we get it so we leave the default of not using a password since we are logging in with an account, to begin with?

        This is of no help. I want to be able to watch from my laptop, but don’t want to enter a password to encrypt it.

        Tried several times. No work on PC. Works fine on Ipad and fire tablet. Hope yall get the issue resolved fast.

    I WANT TO BE ABLE TO VIEW VIDEO ON MY COMPUTER USING THE IPC360 APP. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO ENTER “ORIGINAL BINDING ACCOUNT”. I DO NOT WISH TO USE A PASSWORD TO VIEW VIDEO (LIVE OR PLAYBACK). HOW DO I DO THIS WITHOUT HAVING TO SET A PASSWORD? IF YOU TELL ME THE ONLY WAY TO PLAY REAL TIME VIDEO OR PLAY BACK A RECORDED VIDEO IS TO SET A PASSWORD IN THE CAMERA, I’M RETURNING THE CAMERA AND LOOKING TO DISPLAY MY DISSATISFACTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA. PLEASE DON’T MAKE ME DO THIS.

    I cannot share our camera with my wifes phone.
    She set up a separate account and I allow the camera to share to that but we get an Encryption message.
    Do we need to install the camera on here account just like we did on my original account?

    Please advise

    Even if i set a Password in the customized Encryption and i enter it in the PC App the PC will not connect to the camera. What can I do?

    Why do we need to set password
    Setting password for PC access to cameras means we have to enter password every time we view on app as well!
    Not great when you have 4 cams to switch between

    My camera is stuck on infrared and won’t change to colour during the day. How do I sort it out? I have tried resting the camera by the app and the reset button, but it doesn’t solve it. Please help.

    Why I can’t watch the Playback ?
    It’s keep asking for Video Security : Please enter the Original binding account.
    But I enter my account password, I enter my customize password, my both original and sharing email ARE NOT working.
    It said : Wrong encryption key, decryption failure. But I enter about 20 times per password, but none of them are correct ?

    Hello, I have problem to log in into my account, the app is not reacting, it showing timeout or connection failed, I reset phone, deleted app, download again, changed three different ways of internet, everything again and again and still can’t log into it, please can someone help me?

    The app wouldn’t connect to the internet connection, I deleted and reinstalled the app but it’s not connecting, it’s not the WiFi or mobile data, it shows internet connection failed.

    I have an android s10 and the app was there to download the day before I received the camera but now that I have the camera the pkaystore doesn’t have the apl to use the camera.

    Exactly the same thing happened to me. Works fine on the phone, but no Realplay or Playback.

    Password all set up on phone – on the PC it is just a black screen.

    I’ve noticed you disappeared off Google Play Store. I have 3 cameras running off your software on 2 phones, PC and an iPad and all working very well. I hope we will be seeing updates in the future?

    I want to be able to access cameras from the PC app and this did the trick.

    I wish you would add all of the account features from the phone app to the PC app!

    At least it works until I can hammer out an ONVIF server

    I installed the app on the PC, but the colors are distorted, unlike my iPhone app where you can see everything perfectly, is it possible to do something?

    Customer Service follow-up on this site is beyond useless …. been trying to get help on password recovery for ages now and so far …. nothing!

    WTF is going on with these people eh …. probably all too busy abusing ex-british colonies and trying to take over our former curry friends via their backdoor …. yes.

    Hi I am trying to put my ipc360 cctv on to my pc it is asking for a binding account so I am going on to encryption mode on my phone and making a password and it just comes up with wrong password but how can it be wrong if I am making a new one

    Folks, I had the same problem as some of you, entering the newly created ‘binding account’ password still didn’t get my PC to stream the footage of the camera. Until I realized, that in the phone app, the Encryption mode was still continuing to show ‘Default Encryption’ and not the ‘Custom Encryption’ that it should after we set the password. So, I logged out of the PC app, logged out of the phone app > logged back into phone app > went to Custom Encryption, added new password > ensure that in the Settings-Encryption line you see ‘Custom Encryption’ > then go to the PC and login, and for streaming, it would now ask for ‘Enter Encryption password’ and not that ‘Binding acct’ as before. Enter the new pwd you created and at least for me, that worked, got the streaming goin on the PC. Hope this helps someone. In general, it seems you have to logout of the PC app when you do changes to the phone app settings and best to exit both to save whatever you did. Then start to get back into each one. Good luck!! It seems we will get no direct support from these folks so we each have to try and share our experience here.

    In der App auf dem Handy Standardverschlüsselung in benutzerdefinierte Verschlüsselung ändern und einen Zahlencode eingeben. Den dann bei Original Binding Account am PC ebenfalls eingeben und es funktioniert.

    Programme downloads easily onto my Windows 10 PC but when I open it, it just keeps telling me my camera is offline, even though I can see it on my iPhone. No help or troubleshooting available. I guess that’s why it’s cheap.

    Original Binding Account:
    Change the ‘standard encryption’ to ‘user-defined encryption’ in the app on the mobile phone (Settings > Encryption Mode) and enter a password. Then enter that password on the PC and it works.

    In the new password prompt I get a “Wrong Format” error. I tried several ones, all between 6-20 characters, though it seems the 360 app is not allowing any of the new passwords for the encryption.

    Geez, what an ugly piece of software… the design seems to be done by primary school kids starting out in dev 🙂 And then having to type in pw everytime when you go custom … what a joke. Have wiped this app from my PC.. will stick to mobile app

    So what is this ‘wrong format’ crap when I try to set a PW for custom encryption? This company should sell itself to a real technology company ASAP so grownups can sort them out. Pathetic.
