How do I allow the shared users on my account to see recorded video? They can see the live cameras no problem. But when they try to back up the video timeline to watch something on the cloud or SD card, they get a "not authorized" error. How do I get them authorized?

Bump – I am having the same issue and am wondering if you found the solution.
I’m having the same problem too I get this error message. However, Husband is main user but he can’t look back on previous footage either. not a lot of use if Im trying to see what’s been happening in the garden overnight
