Wont accept ANY password configurations. Simply will not allow me to access account in any way. Cant remove account without actually being ON the account. Absolutely USELESS system. I now have 4 cameras that I cant use. This has been an ongoing issue whenever the smartphone has had to be reset in some way or replaced. The installation is hard-wired to the router and is showing on the Lan port, its the ACCOUNT that is the problem. How do I reset the account from my Pc and if not possible whats the solution. Has this is the main app for these cams, replacing the cameras is not an option as they will probably have to work off this app - which they cant has the account doesnt work. Garbage..absolute garbage
